This lovely sapphire has a subtle silky appearance and shifts between a lilac violet in incandescent light to a more greyis violet blue in artificial light. The rough stone was sourced from the ladies collective we support in South West Madagascar and cut in the country's capital as part of another of our endeavors supporting a local Malagasy cutter, Tahiry Camara.
