This intriguing sapphire shifts between a strong pink violet in incandescent light to a more pale blueish grey violet in artificial light. The rough stone was sourced from the ladies collective we support in South West Madagascar and cut in the country's capital as part of another of our endeavors supporting a local Malagasy cutter, Tahiry Camara.
