This parcel of garnet was sourced on one of our gender empowerment projects in Sakaraha, Madagascar. The parcel is mid colour material that will cut quite open colour stones. The pieces are around 70% clean, though the more purplish stones are usually silky. They will make great practice stones for cutters.
