This beautiful water worn pebble of spinel has a lovely dark yet almost pastel purple tone. The surface is virtually spotless and will face up with beautiful clean, subtle surfaces after setting. Yet inside the stone is an intriguing pattern of feather inclusions which radiate out from one corner of the stone, though not really visible in most situations, when illuminated from behind, this unique pattern comes into view.

Though similar to seaglass in appearance, this pebble of high gem quality spinel has been tumbling through the mountain streams of Burma/Myanmar for anywhere up to 15 million years to achieve the striking, yet subtle soft texture.
