Here at Lawson Gems we pride ourselves on fast effective and trackable shipping for all our customers world wide. We use Australia post for all of our shipping requirements and all orders can choose to have insurance for added peace of mind. We also offer express shipping within Australia so that you can get your item as soon as possible.
Order at processed Monday through Friday not including public holidays. Once we receive your order we will process it and dispatch it from our warehouse the following day. Once the order has being dispatched we will send you an email notifying you of the shipment along with your shipment tracking number. All orders can be tracked at the Australia Post website click here to track your order.

Shipping within Australia
Standard
Standard shipping with in Australia generally takes 2-10 working days to arrive it can take a little longer for regional places and Western Australia. Most places along the East cost can expect their orders within 2-5 working days.
Express shipping
Express shipping is available only within Australia and is guaranteed next day delivery for major cities on the East cost it can take up to 2 days to get to Western Australia. If you live outside of a bigger city and would like to find out if you are in the next day delivery postal zone please refer to the Australia Post website and check your post code here.
International Shipping
New Zealand ships within 5-10 working days
United states of America ships within 5-15 working days
Europe ships within 10-20 working days
Please Note with our international customers the duty charge on importing precious stones is different from country to country. Please inquire with the relevant customs body in your country because the buyers shall be liable for duty and various expenses that may arise when importing precious stones into your country. Insurance
Insurance is dependant on the cost of the item that you are purchasing we have also out lined the cost of additional insurance on items below. Please note that all domestic orders bellow $100.00 come with insurance so the shipping cost remains the same. If you choose insurance with your postage you will be fully covered incase of a parcel goes missing during the shipping process.
