1.08ct Cushion Cut Deep Orange Pink Sapphire

This fiery natural, unheated sapphire is a gorgeous deep orange pink. The piece is mostly eye clean (the photos do not do this stone any justice as the stone appears much more clean to the eye) and will set beautifully. Square cushion cuts in this colour are very hard to come by with most being cut as oblong shapes like ovals or pear shape, making this a very desirable stone. The rough stone was sourced from the ladies collective we support in South West Madagascar and cut in the countries capitol as part of another of our endeavors supporting a local cutting business.
