Product Returns

  • 1. After signing to receive handing over goods from logistic company, buyers shall have 30days in which to examine goods. If the buyer is not satisfied with the goods, they should notify via email at support@lawsongems.com. Goods will be accepted in this period as long as the post mark on the returned parcel is within the 30day period. After we receive the returned goods the buyer shall be reimbursed by their original payment method after deducting expense of delivery. All goods should be returned undamaged in the same condition as they were sent in and should be sent with their original packing along with any free gifts that were included. Any goods not returned in their original condition will be returned to the sender at their cost. Any packing and postage charges for return of undamaged goods for exchange are entirely at your cost and risk.
 
  • 2. The buyers shall pay for duty and other expenses that may be necessary to return the goods.
 
  • 3. We undertake to fully reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify via email at support@lawsongems.com

We also undertake to exchange or issue a credit note or issue a refund for any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused, undamaged, with original product boxing/packaging and with proof of purchase within Thirty days of purchase

Please note that any product that is returned to sender due to the customer not accepting the parcel without first contacting us may incure a 15% restocking fee and new shipping fees if the item is  required to be sent a second time.
